The most flexible and powerful rostering features available
The same system scales from use in a small, single specialty practice through to a multi clinic practice with a number of practitioners across multiple disciplines.
The Visual Outcomes rostering system is easy to use and roster setup is a quick and painless procedure.
How it works:
Normally rosters are organised on weeks, months, etc. The program than allocates parts of those periods to each staff.
Like it does in all other areas of operation, Visual Outcomes goes further in the data it stores and manages. It records rosters on a daily basis and further stores not just who’s working on a particular day but also what services they can perform.
You can very easily set the roster in weekly or monthly blocks.
But it’s easy to configure even the most complex roster scenario. Examples include:
- Set rosters anytime in advance – not just in weekly or monthly.
- Setup one on day and repeat for any future date range – ie every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
- Restrict services performed by time, practitioners or clinic location.
- Fine grain control over number of appointments for any time block by location, service or practitioner.
- Set practitioner schedule across multiple locations – ie Dr. Smith can see clients at 12 – 3pm Clinic A and 3.30 – 7.00pm at Clinic B along with service and slot restrictions.
Management Control:
Further restriction on what appointments may be booked via Web can be applied using the optional online booking module.
Security controls restrict who can make changes to the roster.
A full roster “Health Check” can also be run to make sure the client is running at maximum efficiency. Full roster audit control allows reporting on who made, deleted or changed appointments and when.
The Visual Outcomes roster system focuses on controlling practitioner workflow no matter how complex the environment or size of the practice.
