Visual Outcomes provides solutions for small dynamic practices through to complex multi disciplinary and multi site primary health care groups as well as teaching institutions and research networks. In every case, our pricing structures are attuned to the scale and complexity of an individual customer’s needs. Your investment will provide business and clinical platforms that will set you up for such success that payback will be obvious and exciting.
As a guide, we have structured entry arrangements for smaller private health practices for as little as a licence fee of $A7,990 (plus tax) with annual support and update fees at 15%. Medium to larger practices have found Visual Outcomes excellent value with initial licence fees under $A20,000.  If you are a significant multi disciplinary group or teaching clinic talk to us and we will work with you.
VO-iSite - Visual Outcomes client (and practitioner) web based access portal keeps your clients front and centre in all respects including online appointments, client education, form completion and data input. VO-iSite is charged at a reasonable annual fee for access.
The fees you pay take particular account of the income drivers operating in your practice – for example, the number of fee earning practitioners and revenue from retailing stock lines. The up front and ongoing fees will be fashioned to suit the installation and functionality that Visual Outcomes delivers to your practice or organisation. Visual Outcomes has no cost creeping modules - Our fees will be clear and firm.
