Visual Outcomes offers a smooth and managed transition from your current practice management program.

Please understand Visual Outcomes is able to provide you with all the tools for you to develop your business into what you have always dreamed it could be.

This smooth transition is easily achieved with a two-pronged focus:

1. An IT networking person:

You can call on for advice and to manage your hardware configuration (ask for advice as to what will suit your current and projected business needs).

They may liaise during the Visual Outcomes installation process and continue to be of service to your business expansion ahead.

2. A “team leader" (champion of Visual Outcomes):

We advise you select one person from your team to first take the role of project managing the set up and training of Visual Outcomes in your practice during implementation.

The “team leader” will help:

• Liaise with the owner of the business and the staff during installation and training .
• Co-ordinate with Visual Outcomes during training and feedback review

This person may also become your “your practice champion of Visual Outcomes” and be able to “champion” the expansion and use of the many practice management features of Visual Outcomes.


Data Transfer:
Costs for basic transfers are:

• Patient Names, Address, Phone Numbers, Date of Birth (excludes Transactions & Appointments) basic FREE
• Current Patient appointments (VO client wanting transfer of appointments into VO completes “ service type mapping”) basic $1200
• Treatment data ( client note history) basic $750

Custom data transfer projects from most practice management programs can also be undertaken.
We are also able to transfer images including digital x-rays and documents. Contact email request.

Training:
Visual Outcomes is dedicated to ongoing training with ‘on line’ session training excellence; extensive and regularly updated. Business advanced advice and features training can be booked online.

Visual Outcomes Live:
Phone and e-mail support is available, as well as advanced online training.

Further mastery of the Visual Outcomes software application is encouraged . Advanced training on line is available for you to continue your skill development and use of the many features of Visual Outcomes in your health business.

Visual Outcomes maintains a comprehensive and regularly updated FAQ (Frequently Updated Questions) section on the website. Clients are given access to restricted areas containing copies of training manuals, business advice, training videos and are offered regular e-mail news and updates.
