Education and consenting to care is important and delivered with ease in Visual Outcomes. Tailored education materials are automatically available for each client when they log on to VO-iSite. Comprehensive education and consenting is made possible with an inbuilt Search Engine part of Visual Outcomes education system.

Client Action Plan in Visual Outcomes is designed to keep a client focused on your health care advice and give them the ability to keep track of their health goals, improvements and self help agreements. Each time a client uses their VO-iSite they view the instructions you've given them. Health becomes a team effort!

This is not simply a web viewable appointment book. Bookings made are are inserted directly into the appointment book and are visible right away. Any bookings made over the web are flagged for staff to see.

Visual Outcomes also has a wide range of options and rules that control what types of appointments can be booked over the web, which clients can book this way and what they can book in for.

For example, you may wish to restrict clients who haven't been treated for 6 months from booking via the web. When they try to do so, they'll get a message along the lines "Please call the practice during office hours to confirm your booking"
